2000 MKT is excited to introduce a state of the art 5,000-square-foot amenity lounge on the sixth floor where tenants can hold meetings, host up to 120-person catered events and more. The tenant-only conference center will be available free of charge and can be reserved on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. 2000MKT is also proud to announce the opening of a brand-new fitness center on the lower level with outdoor workout space and a new pickleball court coming in the Spring of 2024. Other property amenities include a bank, UPS drop-off box, dental office, deli, and shuttle service that transports tenants to Suburban Station and the PATCO line. 2000MKT has invested significant capital to make the building more sustainable. Our green improvements include new energy-efficient cooling towers, LED light conversions throughout common areas, and water-saving faucets installed in all bathrooms. In addition, 2000MKT has joined the PJM Demand Response Program to reduce the building’s electricity usage when Philadelphia’s power grid is taxed during heat waves. An experienced on-site management team provides tenants with single-stream recycling for paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum, and uses green cleaning products to protect air quality and minimize the property’s environmental impact.
